Analysis of 'Six Feet Under'











This is a Screen garb from the long road media website, of the clip which I am going to analyse.
The opening of the film introduces the audience to the theme of death of the television program, Six Feet Under. The music plays a big part in the
portrayal of the theme and influencing emotions to the audience.
Crows are shown almost immediately in the opening (see image below), the bird could be representing evil, or death, as the credits are in white, but when the Crow flies into it, it falls apart and starts falling apart. I think this represents people dying, introduces the audience to the theme.




There are fades used in between in this programme,
